HCLTech Senior Consultant interview questions

HCL conducted a interview drive for lots of condidate on 09 Feb 2024, after selection different HRs keep sending email for documentation, they will discuss the salary part in call and never picking up the call from candidate and not informing about the progress of interview. This is something they should change and define the process for interview as with this behavior candidate will not join the company and they will prefer the other companies compare to HCL, you can't play with candidate. Please keep the budget and other information about the candidate before scheduling for interview.

technical screening followed by second technical round and then manager round then director round and then HR round. Finally offer did not come and follow ups were never returned. Finally had to let go of the opportunity.
