HCLTech Lead Engineer interview questions

Joined as a fresher. Interview was average difficulty. Simple questions in C were asked. After the technical round HR round was there. Before to technical round written test and group discussions were there.Overall interview process was simple.

1. Face to face technical Interview 2. Telephonic HR discussion Face to face technical Interview on C language 1. There were small and tricky questions from C 2. Assessment of Project knowledge 3. Review programming logic HR discussion: 1. HR discussion happened through telephone 2. HR called after 4 days and It was quite a negotiation on Salary 3. Second round of HR discussion to negotiate further on salary only Total process took upto 10 days to generate the offer. It may vary based on the resource requirement.
