HCLTech Lead Engineer interview questions

Worst experience with interview I had in hcl. Interviewer said 2 rounds of interview first is telecon with experience and technical then tool test. But I saw surprise with 3rd round of technical interview but I was not aware and not prepared so I lost oppertunity. Interviewer please communicate before called for next round and be transparent.
