HCLTech Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) interview questions

The drive for recruitment for the post of GET happened on the first week of September.It was an off campus event,referred by my college ,and it happenend in Kolkata.I had to go through 4 rounds- 1. Aptitude - All the questions were just basic English grammar questions-to correct sentences,prepositions,etc.NO QUANTS,AND NO LR QUESTIONS.So obviously,it was a very easy round.But naturally,the cutoff was very high. 2.GD-You need to say a few words about yourself,your hobbies,likes,dislikes,etc. Be presentable and speak sponataneously,that is it,DO NOT STUTTER. 3.HR Round 1-I honestly don't know how to describe this round as,but it was like more or less an HR round only.You are more or less grilled about everything,be fluent in English and have a sharp presence of mind,and you will be fine.Many people were rejected in this round. 3.Technical-Be prepared thoroughly about your industrial training and your final year project,you will be asked lot of questions regarding this only.I had a very pleasant experience,also you need to be proficient in Networking and OS as well,just the basics will be fine.I was not asked anything about C or JAVA,this is a job related to infrastructure,so knowledge of Networking and Operating Systems is of the utmost importance.Also I was asked a lot about how to manage situations,they see your presence of mind and how spontaneous you are. 4.Final HR Round- Nothing special in this.Just the basic formalities and signing company documents. Note : I got my offer letter 15-16 days after the event had occurred.So my message to everyone is,don't panic.These people take their time to send you your offer letter.It is a very painful and excruciating wait,but worth it in the end.So be patient.

Interview is easy, campus pool is a great opportunity for freshers 5 rounds were there 1. Written test including English test which is very basic 2. HR screening 3. one topic to speak on 4. Technical round 5. Hr round a very basic one
