was very good and process vise and technical interview were conducted as technology by technology and there were 2 technical and one HR interview, HR interview was very kind of process and i like to work with HCL in future

First we had to complete a multiple choice questions test consisting of networking concepts and aptitude. Questions were mainly of the level of CCNA. After the test result we had a one on one interview regarding the previous work experience and basic concepts on networking i.e OSI layer, routing & switching concepts. Overall good process.
