HCLTech Desarrollador Java Senior interview questions

I got the call from consultancy(Kaizentek) for this position with HCL for their Google account. And all interviews/discussions happened on the unplanned date & time. This shows another irresponsible behaviour of HCL & seems HCL is having work as all are such culprits in this IT world. First telephonic interview questions were normal kind. But without any further discussions, a person from HCL TAG team sent me the mail to upload every document, means ID, education & career complete. What kind of rubbish people are these, without confirming the position, salary & without giving any offer & without me accepting that offer, how can you expect me to provide all my documents. Who gave such people jobs even? And why Google gave work to this company? Later had the video discussion with HCL Manager & Architect. Architect being a technical person seemed to be sensible one but this HCL Manager was a piece of crap.
