HCLTech Analyst interview questions

Direct HR interview I got. Very easy it was. Also discussed about location and salary. It was really an easy interview. Technical questions were covered in assessment. May be that's why they did direct HR interview.

I recently interviewed for the Process Analyst role at HCL, and the team was really friendly and welcoming. The process involved an online assessment, a technical interview where I discussed process improvement and tools like Excel, followed by an HR interview. Everyone was supportive, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the interview. It was a great learning experience, and I appreciated how they focused on both technical skills and soft skills. Overall, a very positive and encouraging experience!
