Interview
The interview process consisted of several stages. First, there was a short phone screening with HR to discuss my experience, motivation, and expectations. Then, I had a technical interview where I was asked about testing methodologies, writing test cases, bug reporting, and automation tools I have experience with. In this part, I also solved some practical tasks related to test case design and defect identification. Finally, there was a soft skills interview with the hiring manager to assess my communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving approach.

Question 1
They asked me about my approach to writing effective test cases. They wanted to know how I ensure that my test cases cover both functional and edge cases, and how I prioritize testing when there are tight deadlines.
I explained that I usually start by carefully analyzing the requirements, identifying high-risk areas, and then designing test cases that cover both normal and boundary conditions. I also mentioned that in time-constrained situations, I focus on risk-based testing to ensure that the most critical functionalities are tested first.
