The process inovolved a telephone interview where standard compentency questions were asked, what you know about the company etc. This was then followed by some tests which weren't too bad and an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of two group activities (tower building and a task where you had to discuss the qualities of a good manager and rate them). It's important to come across as a leader and display a lot of confidence as my feedback was I didn't display enough confidence. Be prepared as the day is quite long. They let you know quite quickly if you've been successful.
