Initial screening with HR. The person will guide you in your application process. If you pass the screening the will give you a coding challenge and a few days to complete it. It is about algorithms and data structures, the usual. If everything goes well, you´ll have a 1on1 coding interview with two parts. For me they decided they required a third interview, which I did not pass.
