I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google in Jan 2023
Interview
Smooth, but I had to ping the recruiter for an update. The first contact was with an internal recruiter who shared info about the position and held a screening interview. Two technical interviews followed a week after. They last 45 minutes each. In my case, they consisted of a managerial interview and code review.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Google in Jan 2018
Interview
A recruiter contacted me, and asked some basic questions with offered answers. Then I had interview with a technical person where I was asked to solve a problem on a blank Google Docs page in 1 hour.
There was clear communication from the start, leetcode questions and experience questions during actual interview. Recruiter gives helpful materials before beginning interviews and during phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary
