Applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule two 45 minute phone interviews where we coded on a blank Google document. Seemed like they cared a lot more about learning while doing the problems rather than just getting the problems correct. I then got an email about going to the hiring committee a few weeks later. Then I received the offer about a month after that.
Submitted my application with essay questions the day the application was released. Was contacted by a recruiter for an interview within 2 weeks. Interview was 2 45 minute interviews back-to-back with a 10 minute break in between.
I had two technical interviews. I signed an NDA so can't say too much. Overall it was a great process. I would highly recommend you read and study the resources they send you prior your interview.
