Applied via online portal after attending career fair and completing online coding courses, did not even get phone interview despite threatening to leave poor review of company using company's own rating aggregator, which I figured would be particularly harmful for their reputation, especially if they were to remove it or otherwise flag as not a valid review, because then that could trigger a whole PR nightmare on the grounds that they use their platform to censor their critics, which is something that hurts any company, in a PR sense, no matter how big and/or connected to Congress that company may be.

Interview
First recruiter reached out to me. We had a quick call about my background then a coding interview scheduled. They let me me choose any available dates within in 5 weeks.
The recruiter connected to you and asked you to schedule some time for the phone interview. I failed at the phone interview, otherwise it should come a n onsite interview as next step.
