After an initial screening with HR, you go through three interviews with Google employees who are in a similar position, and management. Depending on the interviewer, these can be more or less tough. Recruiter shares great resources to prepare for these interviews, no surprises after preparing with these. Very fair process, recruiter recommended me to a different - even better suited - team after looking at feedback from interviews. This was in 2022.
