From the very start, the interviewer jumped straight into behavioral and hypothetical questions, completely bypassing the usual introductory phase where you'd typically get to know one another. Overall, my interview experience with the managers was excellent—they were engaged and created a positive atmosphere. However, when it came to the individual contributors, the experience felt different. It seemed like they weren't as invested in the process, and at times, it felt like they didn’t really want to be there. This created a noticeable contrast in the overall experience.

With the IC, it's a lot of leadership style questions.
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
