Initial contact with recruiter. Referred by a friend and get back from HR in 5 days. We have a 30 mins chat with regular questions for experience, projects and background. Looks they take communication as the first priority.

First round is a simple conceptual question, second round consists of 6 interviews (5 technical and 1 behavioral). Since most questions are very open-ended, it was hard to engage whether I was even going in the same direction that they wanted me too.
