What value can you add thats different from everybody else?
I had a total of 4 interviews. the first call with the recruiter was actually a lot tougher than the second call. The recruiter asked all sorts of questions even about jobs that I had 10 yrs ago and how I thought they would relate to this new position. Then I had a computer test that was 2 hrs long. Finally a face-to-face with a panel of managers.
