I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in Apr 2025
Interview
Very nice but long. It’s not hard if you know your stuff. 5 interviews in one day. 20 minutes each. Met with the manager, 2 team members and the rest were higher ups

Question 1
Mistakes you have made at a previous job and how you handled it
It was a 3-hour Superday, but honestly, it was mostly behavioral. I met with several different team members in back-to-back interviews, and each one focused more on understanding my working style, how I collaborate with others, and how I approach problem-solving. There weren’t any technical questions or case studies—it was more about fit, communication, and past experience.
They asked things like how I’ve handled difficult stakeholders, how I prioritize when juggling multiple projects, and how I adapt to change. Overall, it felt more like a deep dive into who I am as a teammate and how I’d contribute to their culture.
HireVue round and Superday round only. HireVue contained about seven questions. Superday was two thirty-minute interviews. Relatively behavioral questions, rather than technical. There is not a ton of communication in between rounds as far as timelines go.
