A full but fair process. 4 total interviews. 1 with recruiter, 1 with a hiring manager, a panel interview to follow with a presentation required to a team of CSMs and the hiring manager on data provided to you (2 weeks provided to dissect and put together) and a final interview with a director. The immediate feedback provided at the end of each interview allows for peace of mind and preparation of next steps for the interviewee. They advise if you will move forward to the next round of interviews, or not. Not having to wait a week to hear helped me to have confidence in myself and in the fact that the company knows exactly what they are looking for in a candidate. The presentation piece was not overwhelming. Data was easy access and good direction is provided to the interviewee. Overall it was an easy process if you are truly interested in the company, the job and if you can be yourself in the interviews.

Interview consisted of: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Providing an example client presentation 4. Presentation panel interview based on prompt, with an additional interview from a peer on the team afterwards 5. Offer and conversations with the recruiter The interviews were very fair and everyone was great. No trick questions. What made this interview difficulty "average" in rating, was the number of presentations requested. I appreciate that the team was so thorough, as it shows they really care about who they bring on.
