Genetec Operations Team Lead interview questions

Initial interview with HR Resource. Very engaging conversation. Enjoyable. Several follow-up emails from HR Resource on the status of my candidacy before a second interview with the Operations manager and two colleagues to further discuss my employment history and engage in multiple scenario questions regarding how I would handle certain work situations. Follow-up updates from Stephanie on the next steps and then a scheduled interview (on-site) with additional Genetec resources. They both shared more detailed aspects of the position that I was applying for and then we did a 'What-if' role-playing session to address a situation of a disillusioned employee on the verge of quitting and I would handle it. Very interesting. Several days after the interview, I received a status update from HR resource on the progress of my candidacy. Finally, on Friday, November 4th, I received a written offer of employment. Overall, a very professional experience with all members of the Genetec team that kept me consistently up to date on my application. Thank you
