First interview is an explanation of the company and what the job entails. They also prepare you for the second interview; networking, troubleshooting, power supply. They go over benefits as well as the office perks.

The interviewers were incredibly kind and welcoming, they asked open ended questions and were not looking for a specific answer, instead they were evaluating my thought process and troubleshooting methodology.

Interview
Interviewed by the team lead in video surveillance and the team lead in access control. Started with an introduction of who I was, followed by a brief overview of the company and the role. There were a few common interview questions along with a couple of troubleshooting scenarios. One was for a video surveillance scenario and the other was for access control. We also did a client call a role playing scenario to see how I would respond under pressure.
