What can i bring to GSK?
I was ghosted even though promised an interview that was moved 3 times. Not a good experience for me since I lost time. They should'nt lie to the applicants and unilateraly change the dates for the interviews.

One round interview with 2 scientists, combination of behavioral and technical questions, Behavioral questions are very standard and can be prepared for. Technical questions depend on your level of education, but for someone with a bachelor's degree, brush up on your sophomore organic chemistry knowledge.
Initial screening call with HR to cover CV and interest. First stage interview was a technical interview with questions, STAR example answers expected. Second stage interview was based on competencies and values, also expected in STAR format. Interviewers were friendly.
