Applied online on GE site directly. For call from recruiter maybe 3 weeks later. 4 teams interviews with different team members, then one in person that was mostly a tour and a chance for me to ask questions. Got offer 3 days after on site. 3 months total process from applying to offer.

Simple "describe a time" questions. The interview went fairly quickly and the interviewer was very direct. The process seems like it will take a long time before hearing back about the position (about a month) and then won't do an onsite tour until 2-3 months after that.

Interview was alright, didn't have any difficulties I was prepared and did my homework before going to the interview. the questions were normal hiring manager questions, behavior questions, I didn't have any technical questions that I got asked
There is a meticulous process in order to filter and identify best candidates to match to the role.
