Contacted by phone after submitting resume online (6 months previously). Asked if any other managers had contacted me. Brief questions regarding my experience. Asked if I would like to come for an interview. Flew to the site. Interviewed with 6 people lasting the entire day. Received an offer that week.

It started with high pressure for me later when they started asking questions it eased out for me. A Very formal and smooth interview with difficult and normal questions related to my job.

After speaking with a recruiter a few times I had one very long interview with 4 different members of the team. The interview lasted 3 and a half hours over zoom which I was not prepared for.
