GE Financial Controller interview questions

I applied to GE, within the next two days I was called for a phone interview. After my phone interview, I was called back the next day for an in-person interview. I got a response within the next two days asking me if I wanted to accept the offer.

Covered personality and willingness to learn rather than educational papers. GE was looking for all rounded candidate with experience to cut across board and someone with strong business partnering skills to influence and work as a team player while engaging other stake holders
