I applied online with a CV and cover letter then after passing that stage completed an online assessment which asked me how I would deal with certain situations in the work place. Following this I had a telephone interview, got short listed for a face to face interview which I am currently awaiting.

After applying online, had a phone interview which was mainly competency based. The person conducting the interview was really friendly. So that made me feel at ease with the interview, therefore, found the interview easy. Also have so questions ready to ask for the end of the interview.

Applied online, received a call a week later from HR asking quick motivation questions and asked for a more formal phone interview in 4 days time with her.
Was called directly by the manager asking a few motivation questions, strengths/weaknesses and how I would change the driving side in the uk and to go through the whole process with her.
