I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx SupplyChain (Lebanon, TN) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a normal interview process. They were very nice during the process. First you meet with a interviewer then meet with HR and either they offer you a job or not. They were very nice and professional.
I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx SupplyChain in Nov 2020
Interview
video interview first - 8 questions. Surprising that they'd ask so many questions in the video as some were very thorough and differ from the typical ones, like "Tell me about yourself", "What do you know about us?", "How do you believe you meet the qualifications?", etc.
You get a short time for considering an answer (90 seconds, I think), and then the same to record your answer.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FedEx SupplyChain (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2020
Interview
Phone screen, on-way virtual interview, in person interview, then job offer. The virtual interview was the hardest part for me, nerve racking, but it was the first time I had done that.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
They asked specific HR qualification questions regarding FMLA and ADA. Brush up on your laws and regulations.
