I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2017
Interview
It went from initial contact via phone, to phone interview very quickly. !1 day turnaround. Then, crickets. I was told my name would be forwarded for further consideration and someone would likely get back to me within a week. It's been four weeks and I assume I didn't warrant further consideration. However, with holidays (ph interview was early Dec. 2017), I figured there still might be hope. I called the # of the person who conducted the phone interview and discovered that this person worked for a recruiting firm, not direct with Fed Ex. I left a message anyhow and am still holding out hope that I have a chance.
The interview process starts with a phone interview and is then followed by a face to face interview. There are usually a minimum of 3 people on the panel. Usually an offer follows within about a week.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work in a team environment?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Phone Interview. Panel interview. The interviewers are very thorough so prepared to provide specific examples of sales successes, failures, and challenges. The questions are rapid fire from four panel members. They will provide many instances for you to "close the sale" and ask for the position. I did not do this as it was one of my first sales interviews. However, upon looking back on the process, it is fairly obvious that this is what they wanted.
