Interview

Apply and Hired was how FedEx treated it's "potential employees" two years ago. It was very impersonal and definitely gave off their urgency to just get people out on the work floor.

Interview

They sit you down and ask maybe six questions. The curve ball is the "how have you resolved work place conflict in your experience" or something like that the rest are more or less yes or no answers. They'll ask what "sort" or shift you want, remember that the more inconvenient hours like 10-3 or 3-8 pay more. Then they'll send an email with a background check.
