Relatively simple, you apply online and determine a date to interview. Process took 2 days. Interview questions analyze your physical fitness whether you can lift a certain amount and how you communicate with others, particularly how you would handle conflict.

I applied online, then I was emailed back a few days later to set up an in person interview. The interview was very easy, only a few questions asked, the rest was picking a shift and what to expect.
