I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
There was no interview. The recruiter invited to a tour of the workplace. I was shown around the building while getting a rundown of the day-to-day activities that the position entailed.
I applied online, and then got an email the next for a in-person interview, its a pretty simple and easy interview you meet with the manager they go over the job and the responsibilities you’ll have and after that they said they were going to send me an email to do my background check didn’t take very long to get that email
maybe like 30min and my background was clear so after submitting i didn’t have to wait very long either right after submitting i got a call that same day to come in or orientation the very next morning at 1:30AM

Question 1
How would you deal with disagreement with a co-worker
Applied online and got an interview request a week later. It was winter, so they were getting ready for peak season-summer. It was 10 other people interviewing during the same time block, but the job has a high turnover and hire lots of people. The way the interviewer spoke it was like he didn't even know they were hiring.
