I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FedEx in Jan 2018
Interview
Interview was scheduled via email. I didn’t speak to anyone until I actually went to the location. The process was quick. He explained the job and asked if I was physically able to do the work. I said I was. The only thing is the hours were drastically different than advertised. The job listing said i would start at 4:30am but the interviewer said it would be 2:30am. When interview was finished he said I would get a background check email and to fill it out ASAP and then I would be called in for training and orientation. Ultimately I didn’t take the job because he hours were different than I thought.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2017
Interview
It is very brief. Seemingly only for formality purposes. Be professional and enthusiastic and you will almost certainly get the job. It is clear that they mainly want to have face time with their prospects before committing to offering a position.
