Easy, they just want to know if you can perform physical labor and that you can resolve conflict. The interview was through text message. Basically if you have a pulse you will be hired.
No interview. Just on-site training and went over paperwork, job requirements, etc. Juts 2 days, people were nice and helpful. Very easy to do. Just a lot of manual labor.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2019
Interview
I wouldn't call it an interview. First, you apply online then you'll receive an email to come in person to fill out forms. Also, it takes about a week or less for the company to get the results. Then the company calls you in for orientation and training which is paid.
