1. Starts with a tour of the facility, and brief job description...2. Wait to get called for interview which is only like 5mins, then they explain more job details within a group...3. Wait 1-3wks for your "guarenteed" call back, saying u can start work, immediately.

Interview
I first heard an ad on the radio for Fed Ex and it said to go online to schedule a sort observation, which is watching people do the position. Then you could apply online. After a week or two they called to conduct a phone interview. It consisted of 6 questions. The first five are yes or no questions regarding your ablility to do the job and your availibility. Lastly the 6th question is why did you leave your last job.Easiest inerview ever.

Interview
Complete on-site observation in the same night manager will tell you to home and complete online application. Not a formal interview process. HR rep will ask you several standard questions and will give you forms to to take to get a drug test the same day you interview. You do not have to come to interview in professional attire.
