Interview
I applied online and got a voicemail at 5:00 am that I had an interview already scheduled. It was easy to miss. I reached out to reschedule and they called me on a Sunday at 10 pm. I showed up and waited an hour for them to interview me while I overheard them talking badly about a manager and cursing.
They asked me B.A.R. questions which are incredibly hard to answer and make most people feel incredibly uncomfortable. Including me.
Basic behavioral questions using the BAR method and which they want you to answer.. give little background, more action and the most result! Can’t stress that enough they really like when you continue to speak about the outcome
