I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Houston, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
Questions do not defined the job and are not what you think you would be asked they do not care of what your going for in a career there just asking random questions and the interview is completed by two upper managers.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at FedEx in Mar 2017
Interview
Interviewed by two Senior Managers and an HR rep is present, First, the interview was to be at
8:30pm it did not actually start until 10pm. The delay is part of the tactic to test you. You make your presentation first. The Senior Managers took turns asking questions. They literally write down your response. Keep it concise and to the point. It is the typical interview questions. The presentation seems to be a weak point for most interviewers

Question 1
To prepare a presentation based on information give to you 30 minutes prior to interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (North Salt Lake, UT) in Dec 2018
Interview
Very informal, desperate for people willing to take on risks and follow orders only. FedEx Ground has gone from injury free to injuries every other day, where the solution is throw more people at the problem and hope it works out. However they overstaffed for the freight they have. And expect Managers to cut crews down from 25 to 5 people before shifts even start. It takes a strong soulless person to Manage at FedEx Ground NSL.
