Part of the interview process has more to do to keep you from suing Fedex because of an accident. They want you to believe that safety is first, but what they mean is that any accident is going to be your fault

Question 1
Nothing special. They wanted to know if I was a US citizen and if I have been convicted .
Simple, no real interview, drug and background screening. It was get in, give your name and information, and wait and watch an orientation video. Then you select the shift you want and then you go fill out all your other info.

Interview
I apply on a Tuesday and the very next day they called me and did a phone interview, after that they told me if I can come in for a tour I was there about an hour. They send me to get drug tested and fingerprints done the same day. I was called a week and a half after so start my new hires orientation.
