FedEx Part-time Package Handler interview questions

Shift supervisor spends 5 minutes explaining the job and asking if you're sure you can do it. This brief interview is followed up by an observation of others doing the job. Later training videos (at this point you're hired) that last for 3 hours.

The process took approximately 2 weeks. I was told by a FedEx employee that a job fair was open through the company. I attended the job fair and waited in line a couple of hours for what the company calls a walk through. After attending the walk through I was sent a link through my email to apply for a part-time package handling position. Once I'd finished the application, i was called for an interview.
