sort was cool to see the warehouse before hand. fed ex is much cleaner then UPS. PLUS fed ex does not have cages to climb for injures. was nervous and about loading the vans and trucks but its easy and u get use to it.

asked if i could work pre load hours. 2am-6am. asked if i could handle the position. and asked why i left UPS.

Interview
apply online and then receive a call confirming sort observation. the interview is very short and easy , they'll hire anyone since most people quit. For the interview you'll have to be on time and I believe you have to bring documents such as id and social. Then you'll have to wait on a line and then put information into a computer. After that you'll have a quick interview but more like just handing in documents.

If you mean the interview with the recruiter it went good. It started with a general introduction to the group. The recruiter introduced herself as Hilda Velez.Then explained all about the company: salary, benefits,schedules, compensations. The recruiter was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This interview shows us a lot of points we didn't know. There were lots of questions asked and professionally answered. It was a very good experirnce
