Very long and thorough process. After you make it through the pre screening you will have two additional interviews. It is difficult to get hired directly into field sales from outside of the company. The main interview is a panel interview with a few regional managers. If you make it to the last step you will have a final meeting with the director.

Interview
You make an appointment for a sort observation, which was a 10 minute tour of the facility. After that, they would call you for an interview. The interview was one question, "what was your last job and why did you quit?" After that, your given an orientation sheet with the time and date. Its generic, if you pass the background check, you got the job.
