Question 1
Have you ever had to balance your time between more than one thing; give an example
I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at FedEx (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2010
Interview
Must fill out application online. Waited close to a year before being emailed for interview. Not much of an interview, as long as you have the qualifications and pass the background check.

Question 1
No real questions, other than a questionnaire asking how many sick days, late days, etc. you feel acceptable. The interview was 4 years ago, and I don't recall much of an interview, other than a questionnaire. They called about 25 people to come in and fill out paperwork, drug test, etc. As long as it was completed and the drug and background check cleared, you were hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx in Jun 2014
Interview
Was contacted by phone two days after submitting my application online. Scheduled an interview for the next week. Was interviewed by two people, which was a first for me, but not awkward as they both had clearly practiced this routine and had become comfortable in how they wanted to conduct the interview and their individual responsibilities.

Question 1
None of the questions are difficult. But you should be prepared to answer questions regarding your abilities to deal with deadlines, stress, co-workers and any difficult situations that you've been presented with and your solutions to dealing with the problems.
