Interview
The HR was biased from the start of the interview and has pathetic way of taking interviews. Was made to wait and on arrival was asked with irrelevant question. Question that do not pertain to the job profile. The Hr didn't seem interested to take the interview and was had sarcasm drooling all over his face.

did one on one over the phone, then a panel interview, the HR reps were good and the follow up was great, once I did the interview in person, this was bad, managers asked about 10 Star questions, and before I went back I had a timed writing assignment about a scenario what if .....this was so unnecessary and I did not get the job but the people they did select only lasted about 6 months because I see the same job posted again,

Want the truth. Unless you are interviewing for inside sales don't waste your time. Their field sales division has been instructed to only hire from outside the company when no inside candidate exists. On top of that they must interview at least 3 people, so if there is an internal candidate you are only being interviewed to fill a quota. You have no chance of actually getting the job. Sorry for the bad news but it is the truth. I have been with the company 10 years.
