Interview
In order to be considered for a interview you have to sign up for a sort observation tour when you apply for the job it is usually the same day you apply after that they send you the rest of the application and i recieved a call 2 days later for a interview you dont have to dress up formal for the interview and most people get their interview over the phone i had a one on one interview in person with a human rescourse manager she asked me basic questions like can i lift over 50 pounds and work in a fast paced enviorment and asked about past jobs no job experience really required a lot of people their its their first job and basically just described the job a little bit and said if i pass the background check they will definately call me back.

Question 1
can you lift more that 50 pounds and load over over a thosand packages in about 3 hours
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
