I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Moncton, NB)
Interview
The ramp agent position was posted on an internal job board after much speculation. I applied and met the criteria, having a good driving record and long enough service in my current position. I had previously worked on the ramp in an informal capacity to help out. I was scheduled for an interview, which was cancelled and then rescheduled for the next day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I do not recall, they were all fairly pointless and repetitious.
It was a very straightforward interview process that included the submittal of a resume, receiving a callback, and scheduling an in-person interview. The interview was given by the actual manager that I would eventually work under.
