I was scheduled for a screening phone interview. The interviewer was very late calling, so I emailed asking if there was a better time for them. They replied that they were in a different meeting and asked if I'd be available in a half hour or so. I made it work, and when he called, he asked if I was willing to relocate because the hiring manager had just changed their mind on the position being remote. I was not willing to relocate, so it was overall a complete waste of time and really pretty disrespectful.

Interview
First some background questions and then typical behavioral interview questions. The interviewers made it seem more like a conversation than anything else. The process was easy as it was through the university. They were prompt about getting back to me.
