I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Freight (Richmond, VA) in Jul 2013
Interview
It took two weeks to complete. I got to meet with the lower level supervisors first. Then I got to interview with one of the operational managers as a follow up interview. That done, I was called to sit down one on one with the terminal manager for my final interview before I got the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx Freight (Tulsa, OK) in Jul 2013
Interview
The supervisor of operations conducted the interview, he was a very nice man. There were a few questions that one would expect a potential employer to ask. There was a simple drawing of boxes and you were asked to indentify the quantity of boxes on the pallet, very simple and straight forward. Once they decided that I was for for the position I was told to go take a drug test and that I would be contacted when the results were recieved. A few days passed and I was called to come in to discuss wages and get an employee badge and start training.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx Freight (Greensboro, NC) in Mar 2016
Interview
Brief. Relaxed. Spent most of my time waiting around. The interview was really informal. Basically wanted to know if I could walk and chew gum at the same time. And if I was a criminal or not.
