I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Showed up on time, thoughtful interviewer, very informative. I liked the interview. I don't know why I have to type 30 words here. I liked the interview. Very informative.

Question 1
What type of candy would I be and why. Wasn't expecting that.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx in Jan 2012
Interview
Supplemental application to weed out people who aren't detail oriented (that seems more important than experience on FedEx computer systems). Panel interview where three managers/HR people ask sets of questions that range from "How do you attach a file to an email?" to "Talk about a time where you had to get a coworker to do something?" They essentially want to know if you can get the couriers to do what you need them to do to get the job done every day. Can you confront them if they don't want to get a pickup? Will they trust that what you're asking them to do is in the company's best interest? Can you manage couriers who maybe once were your friends back at the station?
They may ask if you know what a PM 195 report is and how you use it as a dispatcher. This is an important tool so you better know it.
Know the difference between Excel and Word.
The job is quite detail oriented so make sure you answer the questions is such a way that you prove that you are just that.
