FDM Group Software Engineer interview questions

Firstly, there was a telephone screening. This was followed by a video interview. Then an assessment day with online tests and a number of video interviews. It took a number of weeks but was quite good overall.

It was a combination of both an aptitude test and 6 pre-recorded questions from members at the company. The questions that were asked in the pre-recorded section of the interview were more about getting to know you as an individual and situational questions.
