Very good assessment day with friendly staff in a fairly relaxed but professional atmosphere. There were 4 tests and 3 one-to-one interviews on the day which again were fairly relaxed and it was easy to talk to the interviewers.

Coding Challenge, Phone Interview and in-person Assessment Date. The Challenge was not too difficult. Assessment day was in NYC on Wall Street. There was an introduction and then an interview with Manager and Trainer.

Set Notation test - Need to apply logic to get the correct answers. Mental arithmetic test multiplication, long division without calculators They seem to be looking for certain technical capabilities. More importantly they want to think you are enthusiastic about taking their contract job.

The process started with a telephone call from HR which went through my CV. Following this, there was a video call answering several competency-based questions and, after this, I was invited to an assessment centre at their office.
