Interview
Started with a phone call screening whereby the recruiter ask for your expected salary, then move on to a zoom interview, then afterwards an online assessment (simple math, pattern, programming questions). After you pass the online assessment, there will be a day where you need to physically go down to their office (they call it assessment centre day) whereby they'll share information about the graduate program, then afterwards you will go for a technical interview and a strength based interview. The interview process was good overall. The recruiter gave feedback after every round, which is very useful and not very common for interviews.

The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.
